Functions

  • Formation/structuring of affiliations and new business ventures
  • Preparation of VUMC's long-range financial plans and capital requirements
  • Development/reorganization of programs, services and/or operating structures
  • Enhancement of corporate decision-support and organization benchmarking systems
  • Support for obtaining financing for capital projects and other funding needs
