| What
We Do: The insurance collection group follows up with all payers for reimbursement on outstanding accounts receivable. We work from aged trial balance reports, daily correspondence, claim denied reports and other information received from outside departments, as well as departments within the VMG Business Office. We work closely with our outsourcing partner in Campbellsville, KY to collect outstanding receivables. We report any problems we might face with the payer to the Managed Care Contracting Department and follow up with examples in order to resolve these issues. Our goal is to collect the outstanding receivables timely and efficiently. |
