What We Do: Process application of patient, third party payments and contractual adjustments. Post online remittance advices received electronically from Blue Cross and Medicare. We are currently in the process of electronically posting, Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare. We post approx. 350,000 transactions manually per month and maintain appropriate turn-around time.
