What We Do: The Patient Care Financial Managers are responsible for integrating the business practices of the Patient Care Center across the Clinical Enterprise.

Functions:

  • Business planning and pro forma development for new and current initiatives
  • Coordination of operating and capital budget development
  • Monitoring of financial operations and analysis of variances
  • Analysis of billing and reimbursement issues
  • Support of benchmarking and efficiency improvement efforts
