This page provides information about the School of Medicine budget process and access to the files needed to complete a budget.

Notice: Starting this year BudgetPro supports ONLY Access 2000, 2002, or 2003.

To see what version of Access you are using, open Access and select About on the Help menu. Be sure to download the correct version of BudgetPro. In order for BudgetPro to work properly two files must be downloaded. The first file is the Front-End. This file is common to everyone and contains forms, reports, the chart of accounts, etc. The second file is the Back-End. It contains data about a specific department. Back-Ends need to be downloaded from the BudgetPro Distribution System. This system provides a single point of storage for preliminary and complete budget files.

Name	Description
SOM Budget-Pro Front-End for Access 2000	BudgetPro front-end (user interface) in Access 2000 format (works with Access 2002 and 2003) for School of Medicine. FY2009 version.
SOM BudgetPro Rollup Front-End for Access 2000	BudgetPro front-end rollup in Access 2000 format (works with Access 2002 and 2003). FY2009 version.
BudgetPro Data Distribution System	Access to the BudgetPro Distribution system where all back-end files will be downloaded and submitted.
SON BudgetPro Front-End for Access 2000	BudgetPro front-end (user interface) in Access 2000 format (works with Access 2002 and 2003) for School of Nursing. FY2009 Version.
Surgery Complete - Rollup Front-End	BudgetPro front-end rollup in Access 2000 format (works with Access 2002 and 2003) for Surgery Section use ONLY. FY2009 version.
